Tari also created “Yoga Beach”—a series of specialized yoga classes that includes niche interests from Mommy & Me and Yoga for Kids, to Pre-Natal, Basic and Yoga Challenge. Out of her “Yoga Beach” program and her classical pilates training came the development and design of an all new original style of training called “Hard-Body Method™” Tari describes it as “yoga & pilates meet strength training”. It’s a very popular, effective and fun way of developing a long, lean, strong, flexible body without the bulk. In fact, the popularity of the concept is what drove Tari to create The Hard-Body Yoga™ video. It is the first in a line of videos she will produce with national distributor VAS entertainment. She is also promoting the Hard-Body Method™ style of training across the country, presenting at fitness conventions such as ECA World Fitness and health clubs.
